Service Description
Progression sessions are suitable for people who have completed their Mantrailing Global Introduction Workshop and wish to continue their journey. Trails will be adapted for each dog and handler’s ability. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. If an appointment you want is fully booked, I do keep a waiting list as people do sometimes need to drop out. Please message me to go on the list. Dogs are worked one at a time, so will need to be comfortable resting in your car between trails, whilst you hide for another team. One person will stay with the vehicles at all times. If your dog is not happy being on their own in your car, you are welcome to bring someone along to sit with them. Instructions Please bring with you: - Clothing and shoes suitable for working outdoors, gloves to safe your fingers. - A harness and line (7-10 metres) for Mantrailing (I do keep spares which you can borrow). - 2 x Tupperware sealable pots, that are pocket size and big enough for your dog to eat from. - High value treats (not kibble), we suggest wet type treats that your dog can lick out of the pots as a reward e.g. wet dog or cat food, pate, sardines etc. Please bring enough for 6 pot full. - A water bowl and plenty of fresh water, dogs get very thirsty during Mantrailing. - If your dog is ball/toy crazy bring their favourite toy with you. - A scent article - this is a small item that carries your scent, such as a scarf, glove, bandana or hat. Please place this is a zip-lock bag. - In case of heat, please be prepared to cover your car and bring appropriate necessities to keep your dog cool. - In case of cold weather please be prepared with towels/coats to keep your dog warm.

Cancellation Policy
Mantrailing is a very accessible sport. Reactive, nervous and disabled dogs are welcome, but we need to be made fully aware of any relevant medical or behavioural history in order for us to take the appropriate steps to ensure the safety and comfort of your teams, and the teams around you. You are responsible for your dog at all times so this may mean keeping your dog at safe distance from other dogs, taking guidance from your instructor and using muzzle if deemed necessary. We strongly recommend that participants have insurance for their dogs before participating in a class. We reserve the right to exclude a participant from class if necessary. I understand that participation in a Mantrailing event with Positive Impact Dog Training & Behaviour may pose some risk to myself and my dog(s) and expressly assume the risk of any damage or injury (to myself or my dog(s)) incurred whilst taking part in class conducted by a Mantrailing Global Certified Instructor. I understand that I shall be responsible for my dog and will not hold Positive Impact Dog Training and its Trainer, volunteers and representatives from and against all claims , damages or personal injury sustained by me or any third party which is directly or indirectly caused by dog or to my dog following participation in a Mantrailing session. I hereby certify that my dog(s) and I are physically fit and have no medical conditions that prevent us from participation in a Mantrailing class. Payment when signing-up for any services provided by Positive Impact Dog Training is expected immediately. If not, Positive Impact Dog Training reserves the right to refuse participation in the service you have booked. Fees and prices are subject to change without notice. Price at time of booking applies. All services must be prepaid. Participants are “first come first serve”. Positive Impact Dog Training reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event/service. The number of participants is limited unless listed differently. *Cancellation policy - we do not offer any refunds on our services, unless the space can be re-assigned. In case the participant or the participants ́ dog becomes ill, you have to show a doctors or licensed veterinarian note stating such. You will then be signed up for the next possible course to make up for the one you could not attend. Alternatively, you can find a replacement for you.
